10 days and no new post...

I have been feeling internal and personal so I have started to not use this forum as a means by which to go off on my evening banter.

I am en route to Seattle.

I will post something after this weekend.

I am working thru some stuff and need to be thinking and writing; not typing.

A good day and night in the city

After having picked up J from LAX late last night and stopping for grub at Jerry's, I didn;t get to sleep until like 4.

Woke up just past noon. Understandably so.

Head over to work after having stopped at Starbucks and meeting Chad from the Pink Enemy. A good day of work finalizing Rakim's upcoming tour of Europe and maintenance of the 2K Tour w/ Z-Trip.

Made some steak for dinner with Grayson.

Went to an AA meeting for the first time in at least a year to celebrate Jordan's 6th year of sobriety.

Stopped by Canter's for a roast beef on rye and coffee and reading. Hey Rodney.

Then over to Hyde.

Groove Armada and G Radius spinning the dancing juicyness.

Hey J and old and new friends.

Drop a too-intoxicated and left-behind friend off in Bel Air.

Then home (and here....I am)

A few days later....

It is sunday afternoon. After a nice bacon and cheese sandwich, a cup of coffee, a nice session of sleeping in until past 1pm and...here I am.

It has indeed been a few days since I last posted.

In the time since my last post, I have:
-gone to Malibu and spent 3 or so hours at Moonshadows drinking wine and eating tasty treats
-lost in Scrabble to my Aunt Geri :( but it was nice to have spent time with her
-played basketball at UCLA
-gone to dinner with Jacky Shaprow (and her friend Ariella and brother) with a lovely suprise appearance by Talia Frankel
-gotten more excited about work as my brother gave me a list of artists he wants me to start booking on my own
-gone to Hyde for the first time since being back and enjoyed myself seeing people that I cared to see
-relished in the fact that I am feeling fresh in this city after having come back from a wonderful vacation
-prepared some steaks in their marinade (but have yet to grill and consume them)
-watched the replay of two of my old friends getting drafted into the NBA
-decided the Editors new album is amazing and it really speaks to me and I can't say enough positive things about it

Is really striking a chord with me.

I am excited for them to tour the US and I can forsee myself traveling to see them not just in Los Angeles bot a handful of other nearby markets:
