...that on the 10th of June, 2007, at approximatey 18:09 PST, David Aaron Swartz began the process of transcribing his life onto a blog...

And let the record further show that on that same day, the aformentioned Mr. Swartz purchased a black MacBook with funds that mysteriously apprered in his account. Those funds, in the amount of $5000 US, will also be used to pay off some credit card debt and purchase round-trip transportation from Los Angeles to Western and Northern Europe for the purpose of attending the Glastonbury, Hove, and Roskilde festivals. Remaining funds will also fund the debauchery that will undoubtedly ensue on this festival endeavor.
